These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meshverse website and your purchase of products from Meshverse. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About us

Meshverse is a consumer brand of Meshtech (India) ("Meshverse", "we", "us"), located at Plot No. 273, Phase-5, HSIIDC, Sector-56, Industrial Area, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana 131028, India. Email: hello@meshverse.in. Phone / WhatsApp: +91 70820 07102.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. Products are sold for personal and household use.

3. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications and colours accurate. Minor variations in colour, finish, texture and size can occur because of manufacturing tolerances, lighting, photography, screen settings or natural material characteristics. These variations are not defects. We may correct errors or omissions in product information at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, offers and promotions at any time; a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed, except in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error (see section 5).

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund any amount paid, in cases including: product unavailability; an obvious pricing, listing or technical error; suspected fraud or unauthorised payment; incorrect or undeliverable address details; unusually large or bulk quantities; or misuse of promotions.

6. Payment

All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address details or other events beyond our reasonable control. Once an order is handed to the courier, we share tracking information and will reasonably help resolve delivery issues. Our Shipping Policy has full details.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders are made within 7 days of the cancellation being confirmed.

 

9. Returns and refunds

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, reported within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or products used, damaged or altered after delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned product reaching us and being verified. Refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with us.

10. No separate warranty

Meshverse products are not covered by a separate warranty or guarantee. Our remedy for a damaged, defective or incorrect product is replacement or refund as set out in section 9. This does not limit any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

11. Product use and care

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the care instructions provided. Products are dishwasher safe; hand washing is recommended to keep the finish looking new. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, improper handling or use contrary to instructions.

12. Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed only on this website, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law), and are not refundable. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card code shared by the holder with another person.

13. Promotions and free gifts

Offers may have conditions such as validity periods, minimum order values and product exclusions, stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. A free gift is valid only while the order meets the offer's conditions; if items are cancelled or returned so that the order no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned or its price may be adjusted from the refund. We may change or withdraw an offer where permitted by law.

14. Customer reviews and content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. You allow us to publish it, with your full name and city, on our website and social media without payment. We review submissions before publishing, and may decline or remove content that breaks these Terms. We do not edit the meaning of a review or publish only positive reviews selectively for a product.

15. Intellectual property

All website content, including the Meshverse name and logo, product designs, photographs, videos, artwork and text, belongs to or is licensed to Meshtech (India). You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute or commercially use it without our prior written permission.

16. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems; introduce malicious code; scrape content; place fraudulent orders or misuse payment methods; impersonate another person; or use the website in any way that harms Meshverse or other users.

17. Resale

Products are sold for personal and household use. We may restrict or cancel orders that appear to be for unauthorised resale or marketplace listing. For bulk, corporate or resale enquiries, email hello@meshverse.in.

18. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners and analytics providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their independent acts.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer for defective or deficient goods.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Meshtech (India) for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the website, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

21. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government action, transport or courier disruptions, or failures of internet or payment networks.

22. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, and forms part of these Terms.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date, and applies to orders placed after it is posted.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach any consumer commission with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Sonipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, share a copy of the complaint as recorded, and resolve it within one month of receipt. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
